Veladail Leisure Ltd is to introduce a scheme to incentivise members to introduce new members to the proprietary golf club know as Bushey Hall Golf Club. (Hereafter known as BHGC)

Any existing member of BHGC at 1st April 2007 who introduces a person or persons who subscribe to BHGC as a full 7 day member shall be entitled to receive a discount on their golf membership fees equivalent to 1/3 off the prevailing membership fee at the time for a period of one year. Such discount shall be available to the existing member provided that the new member introduced remains a member for one calendar year and pays all membership fees and joining fees which would be rightfully due to the club.

If the new member leaves before one calendar year no discount shall be payable.

If the new member leaves after one calendar year the existing member shall be entitled to receive the 1/3 discount from his membership fee current at the time.

If the existing member introduces more than one member he shall be entitled to receive the appropriate fractional discount from his membership in the following year i.e. 2 new members will result in a 2/3 discount in the following year and 3 new members fulfilling the criteria would allow the existing member free membership for the following year.

If the existing member introduces more than three members the discount shall apply to the following year i.e.

Where a member introduces multiple members but only some of them fulfil the conditions for discounts to apply the appropriate discount shall remain for those who fulfil the conditions

i.e. Existing member introduces 5 new members but only 3 remain for a period of one year discount on existing members fees for the following year would be 3/3 – free membership.

Members may accumulate mixed discounts i.e. An existing member may introduce one 7 day full member and one 5 day member in 2007 and receive a discount of 1/3 + 1/5 in the following year provided that they both remain as members for one calendar year.

This discount scheme applies for the year 2007. Veladail Leisure reserves the right to extend the proposed discounts for following years or until the membership is full whichever is sooner.

If the discount scheme is cancelled at any time Veladail Leisure will honour all outstanding discounts for future years which members may have earned.

Discounts are not an offer of cash to members. Members are offered lower memberships as incentives by Veladail Leisure Ltd

Membership terms and conditions are not affected by any discount received by a member
